It cannot guarantee one.

A session may bring both of you closer without resolving every issue.

You may understand the problem more clearly and still be unable to accept the same solution.

If an important matter remains genuinely disputed, CLEAR CLOSURE will not record one person’s preferred position as though both parties agreed to it.

Further discussion, independent legal advice, or a different legal process may be needed depending on the circumstances.

No one should be pressured into an agreement simply to complete the paperwork.

If agreement is reached later, the documentation process can continue based on the terms both parties actually accept.

Once sufficient agreement has been reached and the applicable documents are ready, Guided Resolution moves into the filing stage.

Where an independent advocate or other qualified professional is involved, CLEAR CLOSURE can help keep practical communication organised, but that professional remains independent from CLEAR CLOSURE.

The ₹13,999 Guided Resolution price includes the documentation, coordination, and guided-resolution support described above, including up to four sessions.

It does not include:

• A guarantee that agreement will be reached

• Legal representation by CLEAR CLOSURE

• Contested litigation

• Unlimited sessions

• Specialist professional advice outside the service described

• Independent advocate fees

• Court or government charges

• Stamp duty

• Specialist opinions

• Certification

• Printing or courier costs

• Other third-party costs where applicable

If additional sessions or another paid service are available and you choose to use them, the cost will be explained before you proceed.

A court may require further information, documents, corrections, procedural steps, or appearances.

No settlement, court acceptance, statutory waiver, hearing date, final order, decree, or completion timeline is guaranteed.

Guided Resolution is a digital, service-based offering.

The service is non-refundable once purchased, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Where WECARE.DIGITAL approves a discretionary refund, adjustment, or exception, it will normally be provided as WECARE.DIGITAL store credit unless applicable law requires another remedy.

Third-party costs and professional fees already incurred are non-refundable.
