We will act as a mediator between you and the lawyers, who will file a petition with the court. This petition will include a joint statement mutually agreed upon by both parties. If the judge is satisfied that all legal requirements and grounds have been met, the petition will be filed.

 

Petition filing handled through our partner lawyers. Lawyer and court fees are not included. Additional costs may apply. Filing does not guarantee court approval — final acceptance is subject to judicial review.

Some standard charges apply to every case:

• Case Submission: ₹99

• Document Uploads: ₹350 per upload

• Tracking / Downloads / Scheduling: ₹39 each

Cancellations

• Service cancellations are allowed before the petition filing process begins.

• Once legal or administrative work has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds

• All refunds are issued only as store credits, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Lawyer fees, court fees, and any third-party charges are non-refundable.

• Refund eligibility depends on the progress of your case.

Shipping / Delivery of Documents

• Most documents are delivered digitally via your registered email or secure client portal.

• Printed copies can be requested at an additional charge.

• Courier and printing charges apply for physical document delivery.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier services
