I bought the diet book—then ate my usual foods.


I filled the prescription—then left the pills untouched.


I took the course… well, I watched the videos… but never did the exercises.


Looking isn’t changing. Tourism is entertaining, but it’s rarely transformative.


If change were easy, you’d already be living it.


Real transformation comes from habits. From acting as if. From leaning into the discomfort of becoming someone new.
